Job Title: Administrative Secretary
Job Summary:
Provides clerical support to assigned personnel. Performs a wide range of administrative duties associated with supporting district office directors with routine work activities and special projects including data entry, communication, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification/Bonding and/or Testing Required:
- High School Diploma
- Oregon Fingerprinting and Criminal Background Check clearance
- Valid Driver's License and evidence of insurability
- Bilingual Required (English / Spanish) Bilingual Stipend of 4% will be added on top of the hourly wage

- Accurately complete budgeting, ?nancial,?and statistical record keeping
- Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, and find solutions with minimal supervision or as an effective member of a work team
- Meet schedules and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Experience:
- Three years of clerical or secretarial experience
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support assigned personnel in both routine and con?dential areas, for the purpose of providing assistance with their administrative functions?
- Utilize customer service best practices to respond to mail, email, and phone messages in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling for the Directors of Schools
- Manage and maintain Partner processing, background checks, and database
- Assist with the processing of Partner contracts
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate budgets?
- Answers phone calls for the purpose of screening, transferring, and responding to inquiries and/or taking messages, including calls from parents for the Directors of Schools.
- Appropriately handle confidential materials and information
- Assist other personnel in the department as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities and/or events
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with internal and external constituents
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the office
