Job Title: Administrative Secretary
Job Summary: Provides clerical support to assigned personnel. Performs a wide range of administrative duties associated with supporting district office directors with routine work activities and special projects including data entry, communication, and scheduling.Qualifications:Education/Certification/Bonding and/or Testing Required:
High School Diploma
Oregon Fingerprinting and Criminal Background Check clearance
Valid Driver's License and evidence of insurability
Bilingual Required (English / Spanish) Bilingual Stipend of 4% will be added on top of the hourly wageSpecial Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong attention to detailExperience:Three years of clerical or secretarial experienceMajor Responsibilities and Duties:Support assigned personnel in both routine and con?dential areas, for the purpose of providing assistance with their administrative functions?
Utilize customer service best practices to respond to mail, email, and phone messages in a timely manner
Assist with scheduling for the Directors of Schools
Manage and maintain Partner processing, background checks, and database
Assist with the processing of Partner contracts
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate budgets?
Answers phone calls for the purpose of screening, transferring, and responding to inquiries and/or taking messages, including calls from parents for the Directors of Schools.
Appropriately handle confidential materials and information
Assist other personnel in the department as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities and/or events
Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with internal and external constituents
